Join the HEAA Latin America Chapter for “What Books Won’t Tell On Negotiating Your Salary” presented by Israel Lozano ALM ’20, on Wednesday, July 14th at 5:00 PM CDT.
Have you tried to negotiate a salary recently and struggled? Did you know that employers have better information than potential employees when it comes to negotiating a salary? Learn more about “Pay Information Asymmetry,” in which a gap is created between employers and employees that hurts organizational climate, engagement, and productivity.
Israel Lozano has more than 20 years of experience in 35+ countries, leading Global Compensation, Benefits, and Executive Mobility Areas in Fortune 500 Corporations e.g. British Petroleum, Kimberly Clark, and in Consulting Organizations like HayGroup/Korn-Ferry. He helps multinational organizations expand across Latin America by leveraging their people and pay strategies. He is thrilled to present his findings which will help balance this disparity and provide practical insights to the HEAA Latin America Chapter on the key elements to consider for better-informed salary conversations.
