The Director of Awards and Recognition will work with Advancement staff to help develop a robust alumni awards and recognition program. The director develops award ideas, identifies qualified recipients, organizes award nominations, leads communication with nominees and helps select the recipients. This role will oversee a committee of members dedicated to this rewarding effort, thus must foster a welcoming, inclusive and collegial working atmosphere. Prior HEAA volunteer or other board service is desired.
