Responsibilities include overseeing and supporting HEAA global chapters through mentorship and cultivation of leadership, ensuring association processes and policies are followed, and nurturing relationships with chapters, Harvard Clubs, and other groups within the Harvard Alumni Association. The Director, Regional Engagement will participate in and attend chapter events. This position serves as a liaison between HEAA global chapters and the Regional Engagement Committee and as such requires a high level of engagement, time commitment, inclusivity and collegiality. Prior HEAA volunteer or other board service is desired.
