How do I register?
You can register for the HEAA Reunion 2023 online here.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome! During the registration process, you will be able to register your guest(s).

Can I register at the event?
We ask that all guests register online in advance of HEAA Reunion 2023. We will not be accepting walk-ins and some events have limited capacity.

Will any events be live streamed and/or recorded?
We are working on having Dean Coleman’s Welcome and Faculty Keynote Speaker Teo Nicolais (10:30 AM – 1:00 PM) live-streamed and recorded.
*For events that have been recorded, we have them professionally closed captioned, and then will be available to view on the HES YouTube Channel.

What is the dress code?
Business casual attire

What are parking and transportation options?
Complimentary parking is available on a first come/first served basis at 52 Oxford Street, Cambridge MA 02138, which is approximately a 10-minute walk to Boylston Hall.
We recommend using public transportation. See more information about public transportation, maps & directions.

What is the refund policy?
We cannot guarantee refunds and requests must be submitted in writing to by Friday, May 19, 2023. If you test positive for COVID-19 upon arrival, we will refund your full ticket price. However, you will be fully responsible for any costs associated with quarantining or changing your travel arrangements.

COVID-19 Protocol

  • We encourage you to test before attending a Harvard-sponsored event even if you are not experiencing symptoms. Rapid antigen tests are widely available at area pharmacies. 
  • If you have symptoms, no matter how mild, we ask that you do not attend the event—even if you test negative.  
  • For indoor and crowded outdoor events, we encourage wearing a high-quality mask that fits securely without air gaps around your nose and mouth.

Important Note: These policies and requirements are subject to change. Due to the evolving public health situation, all guests must register online in advance of the event. We will not be accepting walk-in attendees.
