Alumni Weekend 2022
Will vaccines be required for the in-person reunion?
Everyone in attendance on May 26 must be in adherence with all state, local, and Harvard University Covid-19 protocols that are in place at the time of their visit. There are no current vaccination or testing requirements for visitors that are attending outdoor or indoor events for more than 250 people. Requirements are subject to change at any time. Visitors should be prepared to show proof of vaccination and carry a mask for use on public transportation, in healthcare facilities, and in private businesses. Harvard University’s current protocols for campus access are detailed on the Keep Harvard Healthy site.
What is the cost to attend?
Virtual only (5/21): Free
On-campus (5/22): $65 per person

Can I register at the event?
Unfortunately, due to the evolving landscape, we ask that all guests register online in advance of HES Alumni Weekend 2022. We will not be accepting walk-ins and some events may have limited capacity.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome! During the registration process, you will be able to register your guest(s).
How will I participate virtually?
All registered attendees for HES Alumni Weekend 2022 will receive a zoom link the night before the event on May 20th which will allow them to join the Saturday Symposium and the social hour that evening.
Which events will be live and/or recorded?
- Virtual Saturday Symposium on Saturday, 5/21 will be available live via Zoom and recorded*
- Social Hour on Saturday, 5/21 will not be recorded
- Dean Coleman Welcome & Faculty Keynote on Sunday, 5/22 will not be recorded
*For events that have been recorded, we have them professionally closed captioned, and then will be available to view on the HES YouTube Channel.
Will housing be available?
Given the structure of this year’s HES Alumni Weekend, we will not be providing on-campus housing.
Where can I park if I attend HES Alumni Weekend on-campus?
Limited parking on campus will be available on Sunday, May 22nd. More parking information will be available in the coming weeks.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds for in-person tickets will be available by request if submitted by Friday, May 20, at noon (EDT). To request a refund, please email alumni@extension.harvard.edu. If you test positive for COVID-19 upon arrival, we will refund your full ticket price. However, you will be fully responsible for any costs associated with quarantining or changing your travel arrangements.
