Jeanne Holm is the Deputy Mayor for Budget and Innovation of the City of Los Angeles, addressing technology, equity, digital inclusion, and fiscal accountability through municipal broadband, participatory budgeting, and digital transformation of government services. She was the evangelist for open data for the U.S. Government under President Obama, the lead for Africa open data for the World Bank, and the Chief Knowledge Architect at NASA. She serves as an advisor for the U.N. on data and astronautics, is a Trustee of Claremont Graduate University, and teaches at UCLA.
