I’ve worked for some of the largest and most sophisticated organizations with hundreds of thousands of employees around the globe operating in silos defined by various lines of business. I’ve grown from the grassroots to being an executive with the help, artnership and support of so many. There are two things that have helped me cut across the hurdles I experienced while acquiring institutional knowledge and increasing outcomes: Building Relationships and Creating Synergies. I believe this skill set would help me build on Harvard synergies for the HEAA experience and enhance the connectivity among all HEAA Alumni. My goal is to be a value-add partner that makes a difference while helping address the concerns and needs of our community as your board representative.
