In this role, Bollengier is responsible for the management of IVS, focused on operational excellence and top line growth of the business. IVS is the global market leader in night vision solutions, delivering high reliability, man-portable night vision, aiming and sighting systems for the Department of Defense, federal agencies and international allies. Headquartered in Londonderry, New Hampshire, IVS has more than 1200 employees, including the team in Tempe, Arizona where image intensifier image tubes are manufactured. Prior to assuming this role, Bollengier was vice president and general manager of the Warrior Mission Solutions (WMS) business within IVS, where she led a staff of more than 900 employees in Londonderry, responsible for the development and manufacturing of the night vision portfolio.
