As a graduate of HES, I naturally have a compelling desire to give back to the community. My interest in the role focuses on two areas. First, is relationship development – where an emphasis is placed on building and enriching a partner ecosystem that can cohesively execute on the global initiatives set by HEAA. Second, is the opportunity to provide guidance and enablement to Clubs and Groups on the most effective ways to partner and grow with HEAA and HAA networks.
From a personal and development perspective. I would like to grow and extend my network by helping colleagues, partners and suppliers achieve their desired outcomes. I would expect to gain new insights from colleagues and hope to equally contribute to their development goals over the 2yr term.
