Niam Sinno

As a seasoned management consultant with over 17 years of international consulting experience, I have a strong track record the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions across multiple industries. I also have deep expertise in a broad range of areas such as strategy, public policy analysis and design, culture transformation, capability development, talent management, diversity and inclusion and change management. Among the positions I have occupied are Associate Partner at Korn Ferry (current position), Partner and Advisory Leader at Eradah, Director at PwC Middle East (9 years), and Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP (6 years). Throughout my career, I have delivered value to C-suite executives in the USA and internationally (USA, UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Jordan, Sudan, Kuwait, and Lebanon). In addition to this, I have occupied several advisory roles at boards where I advised on areas related to organizational development, learning and talent remuneration, succession management, and policies and processes. During the course of my study at Harvard, I elected to study the neuroscience of learning, development and behavioral change which gave my practical experience in the field the needed evidence-based dimension and academic rigor. As such, I am hoping to serve my alma mater in areas where I can contribute most and where my experience can be of relevance.

As a Lebanese woman working as an expatriate in Saudi Arabia, I have been appointed as a senior advisor and chief of staff to H.E. the Governor at the General Authority for Competition – a position that is typically only occupied by male nationals. This serves to demonstrate my capability in leading a complex political organization in a foreign country where female employment has historically been a challenge. I have built my credibility in the consulting industry over the past decade and have been invited and/or appointed to be part of several boards, and I hope I can serve my alma mater in a similar way.
