The President leads and mentors the HEAA Board of Directors. Working closely with Advancement staff to develop the HEAA’s vision and multi-year goals, the president also implements the policies and procedures that allow that vision to be accomplished. The President encourages collaboration and fosters a spirit of inclusion and belonging. Prior HEAA volunteer or other board service, is desired.
