The Vice President assists the president in implementing the current strategic plan of the HEAA and establishing long term goals. They will be ready to act on behalf of the President whenever needed, will lead priority initiatives and mentor fellow directors. The Vice President serves as an Operations Officer, overseeing committee schedules, reporting, and goal setting. They will serve on the Board Executive Committee and will represent the board at events. Prior HEAA volunteer or other board service, is desired.
