I am very proud of my Harvard Extension degree from the 1980s as I learned so much about marketing and business outside of academia. I have always worked for universities starting with the University of Chicago, then Harvard Medical School and University of California Los Angeles, and finally Oregon Health & Science University through a remote position. I am also very interested in developing good volunteer experiences for alumni and helped build a great program for alumni with excellent faculty lectures when I was program chair and president of the University of Chicago Club of Los Angeles. I look forward to helping HEAA Board of Directors with alumni engagement throughout its worldwide network of alumni.
