Join us on May 23rd at 6:00 PM for the Harvard Extension Alumni Association (HEAA) Annual Banquet held in historic Annenberg Hall. Named in memory of Roger Annenberg, ’62, and inspired by the great halls of Oxford and Cambridge Universities, this room is arguably the most impressive space at Harvard.
The HEAA Annual Banquet is the annual meeting of the Harvard Extension Alumni Association, where its Board of Directors and members reflect on the past year, celebrate newly elected board members, recognize award winners, and welcome our newest members, the Class of 2023. Important Ticket Information:
- Limit of 4 tickets per order.
- Please select the appropriate ticket option for your HES affiliation. Graduating students are not allowed to purchase alumni tickets as alumni are not allowed to purchase student tickets. The HDCE Office of Advancement reserves the right to void such ticket orders.

Admission
All attendees must bring their paper ticket(s). Without a ticket, entrance into the event will not be permitted. Please note, children are welcome at the HEAA Annual Banquet, but must also have a ticket. Children under 2 years old, if sitting on a lap, will not need a ticket.
Seating
This is an open seating event and we are unable to reserve seats. We encourage you to arrive prior to 6 PM when the doors open to secure seating together.

Will Call Ticket Pick Up
Will Call ticket pick up will be located outside of Annenberg Hall, on the portico side (facing the Science Center Plaza) beginning at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 23rd. We expect a high volume of will call tickets, and we appreciate your patience.
Transportation & Parking
Annenberg Hall is located at 45 Quincy Street, between Cambridge and Kirkland Streets in Cambridge, a 5-minute walk from Harvard Square.
Parking is severely limited in the vicinity of Harvard Square, especially during Commencement Week. We strongly recommend the use of public transportation. The Red Line, with parking available at Braintree and Alewife, goes right into Harvard Square.
