Registration opening next week! HEAA members and Class of 2026 will receive an email soon with the date and time so you can plan ahead.
Join us on Tuesday, May 26, at 6 p.m. for the Harvard Extension Alumni Association (HEAA) Annual Banquet in historic Annenberg Hall — a stunning space inspired by the grand halls of Oxford and Cambridge and named in memory of Roger Annenberg ’62. Widely considered one of Harvard’s most impressive venues, Annenberg Hall offers the perfect setting for the annual meeting of the HEAA.
During the evening, the HEAA Board of Directors and members will reflect on the past year, welcome newly elected directors, honor award recipients, and raise a toast to the Class of 2026.
Registration
$125 per person
Includes a cocktail hour, photo booth, formal program + three-course dinner.
Important Ticket Information
Ticket Guidelines: Graduating students are not eligible to purchase HEAA member tickets, just as HEAA members cannot purchase Class of 2026 tickets. Orders that do not adhere to this policy may be voided at the discretion of the Harvard DCE Office of Advancement, as has been enforced in the past.
Ticket Limit: Due to high demand, in order to allow as many HEAA members and members of the graduating class access to the HEAA Annual Banquet as possible, there is a three (3) ticket limit, including yourself and two (2) guests. Please note that tickets are non-transferable.
To ensure fairness for all HEAA community members, please refrain from placing multiple orders beyond the designated ticket limit.
Cancellation Policy & Reselling of Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please contact Alumni@Extension.Harvard.edu.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed, and all refund requests must be submitted in writing to Alumni@Extension.Harvard.edu.
Ticket Availability & Waitlist Policy
Due to high demand, we are not maintaining a waitlist. Additional tickets may be released in limited batches. Email notifications will be sent in advance with the date and time of any new ticket releases. Tickets are first come, first served and cannot be reserved.
Additional Event Details
Admission: The HEAA Annual Banquet does not issue physical paper tickets. Upon arrival at Annenberg Hall, you will receive a name tag for yourself and your guest(s) before proceeding to the entrance. Your name tag will be your entrance ticket.
For security reasons, entry to the HEAA Annual Banquet will not be permitted without a name tag. Children are welcome at the HEAA Annual Banquet, but they must also have a ticket. Children under 2 years old, if seated on a lap, do not require a ticket.
Dietary Restrictions: During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to note any dietary restrictions for yourself or your guests. If you or your guest indicated a dietary restriction at the time of registration, please notify your server once seated so they can assist you.
If additional information is needed, the Harvard DCE Office of Advancement will contact you using the email address you provide.
Dress Code: Business casual.
Seating: This is an open-seating event, and we are unable to reserve seats. Doors will open at 6 p.m. A line may begin forming shortly before doors open.
Accessibility: Annenberg Hall at Memorial Hall is wheelchair accessible. If you need other wheelchair accommodation or other accommodations, please email Alumni@Extension.Harvard.edu by May 7.
Transportation & Parking: Annenberg Hall is located at 45 Quincy St., between Cambridge and Kirkland Streets in Cambridge, a 5-minute walk from Harvard Square.
Parking is severely limited in the vicinity of Harvard Square, especially during Commencement Week. We strongly recommend the use of public transportation. The Red Line, with parking available at Braintree and Alewife, goes right into Harvard Square.
